All Attorneys Are Not Created Equal - Article by Web Attorney Guide

Work ethic and dedication are the cornerstones of success.

When you need to consult with an attorney or lawyer concerning a legal matter, finding and choosing a qualified attorney may be the difference between achieving positive results and loosing your case.

All attorneys are not created equal.  So it goes without saying, some attorneys are more capable in resolving legal matters than others. How can you determine which attorney to choose to represent your legal interests?  The answer is easy, and can be found right on the internet.

You may be asking yourself "how can the internet tell me who is a more qualified attorney?" Well let me be more specific. Yes, it is true; you will not find a single place on the internet that tells you who a better attorney is, however there is a simple way, using the internet, to determine "who's hot, and who's not."

An attorney's web site gives you tremendous insight into who they are, and how they conduct business. An attorney who  has put a great deal of effort in providing consumers comprehensive and useful information within a well designed web site... they mean business! On the other hand, an attorney who has put little effort into providing consumers the useful information they are looking for...

Let's just say a picture is worth a thousand words.

An Attorney / Lawyer is commonly viewed as an expert in their areas of legal practice. A web site gives an attorney the ability to display their knowledge, successes, and amplifying information about who they are and how they handle cases. A web site is also comparatively the cheapest form of advertising in relation to other advertising platforms available to an attorney.

An attorneys web site is the voice, the ambassador, and the perception of an attorney (lawyer or law firm) which literally millions of people can access at ant time.

The knowledgeable, dedicated, and aggressive attorneys want you to know how good they are. To put it in perspective, of all the attorney web sites we view throughout the country, approximately 2.5%of  the attorney's web sites, in each city, qualify for eligibility to be listed on Web Attorney Guide.

Think about it... If you where to choose between two attorneys whose web sites you have visited.

Attorney #1:

  • Provided comprehensive & helpful information concerning their areas of practice.

  • Their web site looked professional & was easy to get around.

  • Provided information about their qualifications and experience.

Attorney #2:

  • Their web site contained very little information concerning their areas of practice, specifically having only lists of their areas of practice without any amplifying information

  • Their web site looked like an 8th grader designed it. (no offense to eighth graders)

  • Provided little or no information about their qualifications and experience.

Isn't it obvious who you would choose to represent you legal interests. Choosing Attorney #1 is a no-brainer.

In any walk of life, one constant is evident, Work ethic and dedication are the cornerstones of success:

Given the "expert" knowledge of the areas of practice which an attorney possesses, and a forum (web site) to put this knowledge on display to potential clients, why do many attorneys choose not to put their best foot forward? The answer is simple... it shows a lack of work ethic, vision, and dedication regarding their areas of practice.

So how do you determine who is more qualified to represent your legal interests...

... by simple viewing their web site.

Our eligibility standards are essential in ensuring consumers are only exposed to attorney's web sites which provide the quality legal information you deserve. When you need the services of an attorney, remember two things. All attorneys are not created equal, and seeing is believing.
